There are 3 stories below grade for self-park, 1st floor is the lobby and two retail spaces. Floors 2 through 4 are valet parking, which are wrapped with residential units. Next is the amenity floor and residential levels are floors 6 through 28. There is a solarium on the top. Parking access is along Leroy Place.

The base of the building has ivory colored terra cotta tiles and the tower is champagne colored metal and glass. Architect is Fogerty Finger. Developer is Allstate Ventures.
