New Rochelle Parking Woes
I'm so pissed. The City of New Rochelle cut a deal with Capelli and gave them a contract for a block of spaces in New Roc Garage for the Standard residents. To free up the spaces in New Roc City, Trump tower residents with parking passes in New Roc City garage were denied on auto-renewals.The Trump garage, owned by Capelli ($2300/yr) and New Roc City garage, owned by city ($600/yr). Not right!
And the powers-that-be decided that if your building has parking, you can't get the passes for the New Roc City Garage spaces. And, by the way, you must live within 1/4 mile from New Roc City to be eligible to buy the pass. This is a sketchy deal!
